Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on the Estate Mahal website and mobile application, operated by ESTATE MAHAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "our", "us").

1. Nature of Our Paid Services

Estate Mahal offers digital services that are delivered instantly and electronically:

• Contact Unlock — a one-time fee to view a property listing's owner/representative contact details (₹499 for owner contact, ₹299 for representative contact).
• Bhoomi Predict — an AI-generated property price-estimation report (₹50).

Because these are digital services that are fulfilled immediately upon successful payment, they are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered (i.e., once the contact details are revealed or the price report is generated).

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We will refund your payment in the following cases:

• Failed delivery: Your payment was successful but the service was not delivered (e.g., the contact details did not unlock or the price report was not generated) due to a technical error on our side.
• Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Incorrect charge: You were charged an amount different from the displayed price.

3. Cancellations

As our paid services are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and the service has been delivered. If you have not yet completed a payment, you may simply choose not to proceed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible case above, email info@estatemahal.com within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Your registered email/phone number
• The payment/order ID or transaction reference
• A brief description of the issue

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds are typically completed within 5-7 business days, though the exact timeline may depend on your bank or payment provider.
